A few months ago my work became quite occupied and frantic and I wanted to take a break from the rush and hectic routine of my work life as well as wanted to reconnect and spend more time with my family.
I wanted to go to someplace that helps me relax so I decided to take my family to Gulmarg in Jammu Kashmir. As I was browsing through packages to find best-suited and affordable deals, I discovered Thrillophilia. After reading some of the authentic and positive Thrillophilia reviews, I decided to book their 6-day, 5-night package.
Our First Day & Thrillophilia’s Welcome
On our first day, we were enthusiastically welcomed by Thrillophilia’s representatives, at the Srinagar Airport. We winded down with a beautiful view at the Jetty and had lunch. Later, we spent all afternoon in the cozy boat with a picturesque view.
We planned this trip around the autumn monsoon season when the water levels were quite perfect for a Shikara ride, which is quite a phenomenon and the main attraction in Srinagar. Thrillophilla arranged our amazing overnight stay at the beautiful houseboat and it was quite a pleasant experience as we had a delicious meal arranged by Thrillophilia.
Sightseeing & Exploring Excavation In Srinagar On The Courtesy Of Thrillophilia
We went sightseeing around Srinagar after a peaceful morning breakfast amidst the calm and overwhelming nature surrounding us. Our sightseeing excavation began by visiting the famous hilltop temple Shankaracharya Hill Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Located at the Shankaracharya Hill it sets your mind as well as body in ecstatic peace. We spent a good amount of time sending our prayers before we headed back to the hotel in Srinagar for lunch. With the courtesy and information from a lot of Thrillophilia reviews, our next stop was the Grand Mughal Gardens also known as the Shalimar Gardens.
Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan it was one of the most spectacular places to visit during the whole trip. Our day ended back at the hotel with a hearty meal arranged by Thrillophilia.
Gulmarg Valleys & Panjal Lake
On the third day of our trip, we explored the gorgeous valleys of Gulmarg with a scrumptious breakfast arranged by Thrillophilia at Panjal lake. Gulmarg is considered one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in India and is indeed quite spectacular as mentioned in several Thrillophilia reviews.
We arrived at the Gulmarg Hotel to relax after a long trip through nature. The checking-in process was hassle-free, as everything had been meticulously planned by Thrillophilia.
If I were to be asked, one of the most unique elements of the vacation would definitely be The Gondola cable ride from Kongdori Apharwat which poses as the icing on the cake for adventurous spirits like us. Overall, it was a fantastic day after which we retired to our hotel.
Temples, Springs and More Rivers
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, thanks to Thrillophilia, we spent the morning exploring the beautiful destination. On our way to Pahalgam, we visited many glorious temples in Avantipur Ruins like the Avantishwar temple and Avantiswami temple which are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu respectively.
Anantnag Sulphur Springs was one of the most aesthetically pleasing and spectacular sites that I’ve ever been to and the natural essence of that place is quite unforgettable. A rainbow created by thousands of liters of water spiriting out playing with the light and the reflection of green leaves or blue skies was the highlight that made Beautiful Anantnag Sulpher Springs one of nature’s most amazing wonders.
Thrillophiia arranged our meal. We hiked for some time and took another pony ride and did many adventurous activities like rafting. We saw many flowers and pine forests around the Lidder River which was a magnificent sight.
The Gateway Connecting Three Beautiful Places
As our trip advanced, we woke up to an amazing breakfast at the hotel and decided to visit the prestigious Sonmarg valley. It is the gateway to the Banihal pass which connects Srinagar, Shimla, and Leh.
In the wallows of the lakes and the glaciers of Himalayan Mountain peak, we got a chance to see the beautiful meadows covered with flowers. Later, we had a full lunch at Manasbal Lake where we tried some amazing water sports.
Our evening ended amidst the snow, taking in the sheer beauty of the place. In the evening we returned back to our hotel in Srinagar and enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel.
After all these amazing, ecstatic, and soul-filling experiences we bid our goodbyes to this lovely place and boarded our flight back home. This trip will always be a memorable and distinctively unforgettable experience. Thanks to the Thrillophilia reviews, we got to experience some of the best moments that I will never forget in my life.
Their impressive efforts in organizing the trip so well and keeping it on track, make it worthwhile to recommend Thrillophilia to anyone looking to have an unforgettable trip to Kashmir as it was once in a lifetime experience for me and my family.
