Places to Visit in Dubai when you have Less Time

Dubai is a beautiful city, and visiting it is an extraordinary experience. But sometimes, you don’t have enough time to do everything you want to do in Dubai. Read on to find out what we believe are the best places in Dubai where you can spend less than half a day:

Burj Khalifa

This is the tallest building in the world, and you can visit it for free. The building was designed by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill. It has 160 floors above ground, and it was built from 2004 to 2010 at a cost of $1.5 billion. The total height of 828 meters makes this one of the tallest buildings ever constructed on Earth; however, there are other skyscrapers around the world that will soon dwarf Burj Khalifa’s height as well!

Burj Khalifa offers visitors who pay a fee access to an observation deck near where they can see quite far into Dubai, including many other famous landmarks such as Palm Jumeirah and World Islands—some people even say that if you look hard enough you can see Jebel Jais Mountain or Ras Al Khaimah!

You can also see lights twinkling off nearby buildings at night which looks pretty cool when they reflect off of water surfaces like those found here in Dubai’s creek area (or creek network).

Dubai Mall Fountain Shows

The Dubai Mall Fountain Shows are a must-see attraction in Dubai. The fountain shows take place every hour on the half hour, so you can watch as many times as you want. The shows are choreographed to music and take place in front of the Burj Khalifa (Dubai’s most famous building), which is a great backdrop for the show. You don’t have to worry about missing out on these because they’re free!

There are two different kinds of fountains at this location: one that shoots water up into the air, and another that shoots water horizontally across multiple channels at once. So whether you’re more interested in seeing someone get wet or seeing some impressive fireworks effects, there will be something for everyone here!

Half Day Dubai City Tour

This 6-hour tour also known as Half day Dubai city tour, that includes a visit to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and Desert Safari. The tour is available in English or Arabic, and you’ll have a guide throughout your time in Dubai.

The minimum number of people required to book this tour is four (you’ll need at least three more people to join you), so if you’re traveling solo or as part of a small group with no friends or family members nearby then it’s probably best to look elsewhere for activities.

This full-day tour departs at 9 am from your hotel and returns around 6 pm; tickets cost $99 per person for adults aged 12 years old or older and $50 per child aged 4-11 years old.
